We are committed to making sure your future as a Barton Cougar becomes a reality. To do this, we will provide a personalized enrollment appointment with one of Barton's dedicated advisors, all from the comfort of your home!ÌýTo get things started, Admissions Staff will review steps 1 through 3 to make sure we have all the required documents needed prior to enrolling. Once that is complete, we will have an advisor reach out to you to continue with steps 4 through 6.

If yes, and you want those hours to count towards your Barton degree/program, you will want to have an unofficial transcript sent to Admissions at admissions@bartonccc.edu. If your credits are through Barton, no transcripts are needed!ÌýPlease have your college (if applicable) and high school Ìýat your earliest convenience to the following address:

Admissions will check to make sure your Reading, Math, and English scores have been received. If needing to test, an advisor will assist you with testing accommodations. Please forward test scores to Admissions at admissions@bartonccc.edu.

Enrollment can be completed 100% online. Your advisor will assist you throughout this process. Review the step-by-step enrollment instructionsÌýif needed. Ìý

Rooms are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Students must complete the Housing Application located in your MyBarton Portal under the Student Services tab and submit the $120 non-refundable application deposit.

When logging in for the first time, your PIN/Password will be your six digit date of birth in the format mmddyy i.e. Jan. 6, 1992 is 010692. You will be prompted to change your PIN/Password upon logging in for the first time. If you are unable to login to your portal, please contact Enrollment Services at enrollmentservices@bartonccc.edu and provide the following information:

  • Name
  • Student ID
  • Date of birth
  • Include text in the subject line of your e-mail, such as "Password Reset"
