Verification Forms
Most requests are provided in web-based forms and can be completed and signed online via tablet, phone or computer. 听Other documents, such as tax return transcripts, can be uploaded and linked directly within the account the student creates. 听Students will access, complete and submit their web forms via their 听Portal. 听Simply log-in and go to the Financial Aid card within the portal and select "My Financial Aid". 听Any request relating to verification requirements will be found under the "Student Requirements" section on the "Home" screen. 听
