Geology

Geologists work to understand the history and processes of the Earth. These discoveries help drive how we use the resources of our planet and what actions can be taken to sustain our planet for future generations. Beyond identifying rocks, geologists study the different geochemical cycles (i.e. water, carbon, rock), use geologic history to help in biology, identify sources of natural resources, and much more.

We will explore Earth's structure, history, and ways to protect the environment. Barton can help get you started on an exciting career pathway. Check out the list below for possible employment opportunities that involve Geology!
